Placing an Order

After placing an order for product(s) you will receive a e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

We will then send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email to tell you that your order has been accepted and dispatched.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hrs of an order being placed Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays and Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following day so please bare this in mind when choosing Next Day Delivery. Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm may not be dispatched until Monday.

Delivery

All items under £75 will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class Signed for at the cost of £3.95 unless Special Next Day Delivery is requested at the  Checkout at a cost of £5.50. A signature will be required on receipt. We aim to deliver between one and three days after dispatch although this cannot be guaranteed.

All items over £75  will be sent via Royal Mail Special Next day Delivery by 1pm* (Monday –Friday) at a cost of £5.50. A signature will be required on receipt. Delivery will be made by 1.00pm the next working day after dispatch between Monday and Friday to all UK post codes in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and mainland Scotland with the exception of those post codes indicated below.
Orders placed after 12pm may be despatched the following day)  Please note Saturday is not classed as a working day so orders despatched after 12pm on Thursday may not arrive until Monday.

Please note items delivered to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may be delayed by customs.

Europe

All items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £10.00. A signature will be required on receipt. We aim to deliver to Western Europe within three days following dispatch and to Eastern Europe within five days following dispatch although this cannot be guaranteed. 

Worldwide

All items will be posted via Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £15.00. A signature will be required on receipt. We aim to deliver between five and seven days following dispatch although this cannot be guaranteed. We do however reserve the right not to ship to your country and we will notify you if this is the case.

 

Import Duty

If you order Products from our Website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.  You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel an order at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products.  In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy To cancel an order, you must inform us by emailing to info@pinuppolly.com . You must also return the Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable, and at your own cost. We will process the refund due to you as soon as is possible within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. We will then refund the price of the product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Details of your statutory right of cancellation, and an explanation of how to exercise it, are also provided in the Dispatch Confirmation

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

For health and safety reasons we will not accept: (i) any makeup or skincare product for a refund or exchange if they have been opened and used; (ii) any underwear with the hygiene seals removed; or (iii) earrings with tags or seals broken and the earrings used.

Please note that you have a statutory obligation to take reasonable care of the Products prior to cancellation.  Without prejudice to the generality of the obligation to use reasonable care, examples of reasonable care include (but are not limited to):

not removing hygiene seals on garments;

trying shoes on indoors; and

not removing the seal on pierced earrings.

Exchanges

We regret at this time we are unable to process Exchanges. You must return the product to us within the cancellation period specified above and the re order online. We recommend that you re-order at the same time as returning your product to ensure that your desired product is still available.
